Hi, I’m Roxanna Bravo, the founder of SimplexCR. My journey in healthcare began at the front desk of an AdventHealth urgent care, where I verified insurances and saw firsthand how critical proper credentialing is for providers and patients. From there, I moved into billing at a doctor’s office, gaining valuable experience with the financial side of healthcare and how credentialing directly impacts reimbursements.
A few years later, I was offered a position in credentialing at a medical billing company, and that’s where I discovered my passion for helping providers fix credentialing issues that others had failed to resolve. I saw how much stress credentialing mistakes caused, and how rewarding it was to get providers back on track.
That experience inspired me to start Simplex Credentialing LLC, my own credentialing practice, so I could give providers reliable, one-on-one support. Today, I personally manage every step of the process, from new enrollments and payer updates to follow-ups and helping physicians launch their own practices.
